Unfortunately there is no one standard response to this question as every business and product is different and may require unique functionality or features. All websites built by Ctrl Alt Design are built directly in line with your requirements and needs.

As part of your initial consultation, we will ask multiple questions and get a good understanding of your project prior to suggesting a pricing package or issuing you with a specific quote.

Our smallest packages start at $1200 + GST and are tailored to businesses requiring the bare minimum to become established online.

The size of your project will determine how quickly our team will be able to design, develop and test the site prior to launching. 

Generally most websites are completed in 3-5 weeks however this may be increased depending on the scope of the project.

Definitely Not! In fact, most of our clients are not located in Newcastle, Australia. 

We work with clients across the globe and can communicate effectively via email, scheduled calls, zoom meetings and slack groups.

Absolutely!

All of our projects and pricing structures include a training session upon handover / launch to ensure you are familiar with the dashboard and back end of your site. Our websites are extremely user friendly and use the most common platforms within the industry.

All clients will have basic website maintenance covered by their hosting and maintenance plan however, we do have multiple plans on offer which include various amounts of ongoing maintenance.

Domain Names: Whilst clients generally purchase their domain names separately, we can definitely bundle this into a package for you, giving you one less thing to worry about.

Our standard advertised packages do not include content / copywriting however we have talented and professional copywriters on hand to assist with any project if you cannot provide content. If content / copywriting is required, this can be quoted on a per page basis.

We are only an email away! If you feel your website is lacking and requires some new features or a bit of a redesign / redevelopment, we can definitely assist you. All major updated and re-designs / development work will be carried out hourly at our agency rate of $150 + GST per hour.

No, the build of your website does not include monthly SEO (Search Engine Optimisation).

We take every action possible to build your new website to be seen by Google meaning during your website build, we will ensure all items added to the website including text, photos and videos can be seen and indexed by Google however this does not, this does not mean that you will rank #1 for certain keywords.

Search Engine Optimisation is a big part of a businesses success online and is a completely different service than web design.

Generally all projects require a 50% deposit before any work or design can be carried out and then the remaining 50% is required prior to launching the site / handing over any login credentials.

We can offer flexible payment arrangements with milestone payments or payments over a certain amount of weeks / months. Please email us at hello@ctrlaltdesign.com.au if this is something that you require.

All ongoing hosting fees are direct debited from your nominated bank account or credit card on the 1st of each month and can be cancelled at any time.
